FAQs

  • How do I book a reservation at HASALON?
Reservations can be booked directly via Resy.com. For parties of 10 or more, email us directly at contact@hasalonnyc.com.
  • What if my desired time isn't available on Resy?
You can add yourself to the online waitlist by clicking "Notify Me." You’ll be notified of any cancellations and can book the spot.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations or modifications made within 48 hours of the reservation time will incur a $100 per person cancelation fee.
  • Is there a difference between first seating (6-7pm) and second seating (8pm onwards)?
Yes. The First Seating is tranquil, and food is the star of the show. First Seating reservations are allotted 2 - 2.5 hours for dinner (depending on party size). Second Seating is more upbeat, with louder music and a party atmosphere that builds throughout the evening.
  • Can I have additional friends join my table late-night for the party?
No. All party attendees must be seated with the original reservation party to allow for proper service and safety.
  • Can I bring my own alcohol for my reservation?
    No.
  • Can I show up without a reservation?
We do not accept walk-ins in the dining room for our Second Seating (8pm or later). Walk-ins are welcome for First Seating, pending availability. Walk-ins are also welcome to visit the conjoined bar next door, which offers open seating.
  • Do you serve prix-fixe menus for large parties?
Yes. All parties of 10-15 are seated in the main dining room and will be served a chef's choice pre-fixe menu. The menu is crafted daily by our chefs depending on that night's menu. If you have any specific requests or dietary restrictions, please indicate that while booking the reservation. Also let us know if you're interested in a prix-fixe menu for a smaller party. Please contact us at contact@hasalonnyc.com for availability and more information.
  • Can I book a private event at HASALON?
Yes. We are available for private event buyouts on Sunday-Wednesday, day or night. We also have a private or semi-private Parlor that can accommodate 20- 30 guests on Thursday, Friday or Saturday nights. For details, please reach out to events@hasalonnyc.com for more information.
  • Is the restaurant kosher?
No. We can prepare a kosher-style menu, but our kitchen is not kosher.
  • Are you hiring?
We're always looking to add rockstars to both our front of house and back of house teams. Please email contact@hasalonnyc.com if you're interested in applying.
